• Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards

As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the soft services operations of all buildings under the company across the country. This role requires a background in engineering and a deep understanding of facility management best practices, particularly in the realm of soft services

Client Details

We are currently partnering with one of the leading property developers in Indonesia who is looking for a competent Facility Manager specialising in soft services to help them in this time of growth

Description

• Direct the implementation and optimization of soft services, including cleaning, landscaping, security, and other non-technical aspects of facility management

• Develop and implement comprehensive soft services programs to elevate the overall appearance and functionality of all facilities

• Establish and maintain rigorous quality control measures for soft services to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness, landscaping, and security across all malls

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers, overseeing contracts and service level agreements for soft services.

• Conduct regular vendor evaluations to ensure alignment with performance standards and cost-effectiveness

• Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the annual budget for soft services, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control

• Ensure that all soft services adhere to relevant industry standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental sustainability goals

• Work closely with other departments to integrate soft services seamlessly into the overall facility management strategy

• Collaborate with on-site teams at each mall to address specific soft services needs and challenges
