As the Strategy Risk Leader, you will spearhead the growth of our consulting team, drive client engagement, generate sales, and expand the Advisory practice within the country

Client Details

Our client provides a wide range of services to businesses of all sizes, including risk management, and consulting services. The company has a global network of offices and employees, and it serves clients in over 130 countries

Description

• Collaborate with the Regional Lead to formulate and articulate an engagement strategy, effectively communicating it at a local level and leveraging their broader network to support the strategys implementation and success.

• Partner with Advisory practice leads and placement teams to utilize appropriate resources for significant prospects and contribute to the achievement of new business and growth strategy objectives

• Work closely with practice leads to develop propositions and support client engagements

• Integrate the Advisory solutions into existing client relationships

• Provide comprehensive support throughout the account lifecycle, from initial identification to final closure

• Lead pricing negotiations, facilitate product discussions and expectation management, and ultimately secure favorable financial outcomes for the business

• Integrate multi-year Risk Consulting, Analytics, and Claims Services into agreement

• Partner closely with Client Executives and Advisory Product leads to craft compelling sales proposals, presentations, that creatively and effectively address intricate prospect needs and clearly articulate the business value of our internal services and offerings

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Advisory solutions portfolio, a deep comprehension of the customer value proposition

• Deliver or facilitate training, roadshows, and thought leadership initiatives for colleagues, clients, and prospects

• Responsible in maintaining a robust sales pipeline
