• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading successful sales teams

• Demonstrated ability to kick start sales and aggressively capture new business

• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia to engage in field sales activities

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a high-impact sales strategy tailored for the Indonesian market

• Lead the establishment and growth of our sales team, fostering a culture of agility and innovation

• Drive aggressive sales efforts, personally engaging in field activities to win new business

• Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
