DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Engineer Support (After Sales Division) - Networking & Server Product :

  • Is a technical who do job on site support in the technical side, such as project management, survey, service, troubleshooting, installation, setting, presentation, training and giving a solution to customer.
  • Responsible for technical support, planning, designing, installation, doumentation & report related to customers problem.
  • Also involve with all aspects of After Sales Division, helping sales team, partner and end user about the product & solution.

Main Duties:

  • Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user / customer about Networking & Server Product.
  • Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from site survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Networking & Server project.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, and also the documentation and report required by customers (for billing / collection).
  • Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer.
  • Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user.

Requirements:

  • Age maximum 30 years old.
  • Minimum D3.
  • Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
  • Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) is a must.
  • Understand about IT installation (Networking & Server Product), setting & troubleshooting is a must.
  • Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Engineer Onsite / Technical Engineer / IT Service Center / IT Support.
  • Able to work independenly, having good technical and solution skills.
  • Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).
  • Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful, strong problem solving skill.
  • Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices.
  • Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necesary, and go to customer place to do the service, troubleshoot, presentation, survey, setting, installation, training, ect, for sales & project support.
